Gym related fitness applications were simply workout databases that help you track your progress and give instruction. There's nothing different or innovative about any of them. GYM Shuffle was built to fill the workout void. When other apps give you lists, we give you an instant and customizable routine.
GYM Shuffle gives you instant answers in the gym so you can get the most out of your workout.
How it works:
From the home screen, the exercises are broken down into categories –
Chest, Back, Shoulders, Abs, Triceps, Biceps, Lower Body, Cardio, and a Full Body option.
Simply select the number of exercises you want per category by using the plus and minus buttons. Once you are happy with the number of exercises, hit shuffle, and you have a randomized workout.
Don’t like the exercises selected? You can shuffle individual exercises until you are happy with the selections. Don’t know what a particular exercise is? Hit the blue arrow to see illustrations and a description of how to perform the exercise. You'll spend less time searching and more time liftin.!
Requirements
- GYM Shuffle works with all iPhones and iPod Touches running version 3.0 software or later.
- WiFi, Edge, or 3G Network required to use the backup/restore feature.
